Lyrics for An Abandoned Grindcore Project

In Summer of 2024, I started to come up with an idea for a topical Grindcore project in the wake of Roe v. Wade being overturned. The project was called Angel Factory and would have featured my boyfriend on guitar and myself on vocals, drum programming, and maybe noise. This project never came into being because it turns out I don't actually want to be a musician that much, but I did write some lyrics during that time that I am varying levels of proud of (and I think the name Angel Factory kicks ass). It was a fun creative exercise that allowed me to channel my anger and disgust.

Imagine relentless, Mortician-style blast beats and piercing feedback and fast fucking riffs

Fuck Them Kids

*Sample, George Carlin: "they want live babies so they can grow up to be dead soldiers"*

Every embryo

A precious hypothetical

Every death

A brutal reminder

Implanted, birthed

Fed into the grinder

Supply us with the bottom rung

Manifest desperation

Eliminate all leverage

Increase the surplus population

Birth Junkie

Mother of 10

OB GYN

I'm the white baby factory!

Criminal Intent

Start the car in the dead of night

Nobody knows

Just me and my best friend

Drive for hours in the dark

No PTO

Get to the state line

We always said we should take a road trip

This is fucked up

This is fucked up

Nobody knows

Not even my mom

Not been my boyfriend

You're the only one I trust

And it goes without saying

I'd do the same for you

Abuse of a Corpse

Mourn every blood clot you pass We command you!

Scum of the earth whore

You're like a beast who eats her young

Every negative outcome is suspect

In service of producing Dead soldiers and cheap labor

Decided For You

Introduction

Hi. It's 2am and I've been up for a couple hours now trying to come up with a name for this blog. I've always had a really hard time coming up with screen names and usernames and stuff like that. I'm giving up and going with a name I've used on other platforms before. It's a reference to a family guy joke that made me laugh so hard I cried while high on mushrooms. I don't remember why I started using it as a name online, but it's stuck.

I wanted to make a blog so I'd have a place to post writing and art I make. Instagram feels too public, and I feel by posting on blogger in 2026 I am comfortably kneecapping my own potential audience.

I am excited to share a little bit of my thoughts and ideas, and hopefully get over some anxiety I have about putting my stuff out there.
